1. Service Finality & Refund Restrictions
All Sales Are Final: Due to the bespoke, digital, and resource-heavy nature of our vendor sourcing and agency management services, all payments made to House of Shoto LLC are non-refundable.
Commencement of Work: Work begins immediately upon payment confirmation, including internal administrative setup, database screening, and initial contractor outreach. Once work has commenced, no partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Deliverable Satisfaction: We strive for absolute precision in matching your exact operational criteria. However, because vendor availability, third-party communication styles, and external market variables are out of our direct control, we do not guarantee specific vendor performance outcomes and cannot offer refunds based on subjective satisfaction with a verified deliverable.
2. Project Cancellations
Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may request to halt active research or cancel your service structure at any time by contacting us directly. Please note that halting a project does not entitle the client to a prorated or partial refund for hours or assets already processed.
Agency-Initiated Cancellations: House of Shoto LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any client at our sole discretion. In the rare event that we must cancel an active, uncompleted project due to internal constraints (and not due to a breach of our Terms of Service by the client), a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion for the incomplete portion of the service.
3. Charge-backs and Payment Disputes
We firmly believe in clear communication and resolving issues directly. By purchasing our services, you agree to contact House of Shoto support to resolve any service discrepancies prior to filing an official dispute with your credit card company or banking institution.
Any fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks filed for services that have already been researched, compiled, or delivered will be aggressively disputed using our signed customer intake history, system logs, and delivery receipts.
