Who is Ray?

 I’m the one you call when customer experience breaks, when your team burns out, or when you’re too busy running the business to fix what’s not working.

I’ve spent over  a decade solving complex problems at the intersection of tech, communication, and crisis. I’ve worked with billion-dollar systems at companies like Microsoft, Expedia, TELUS, Mandarin Oriental, J.W. Marriott to name a few.

I’ve worked with corporations like Springer-Miller Systems, providing support and training to expand to new markets. I’ve worked with founders, executives, and high-net-worth clients to stabilize their teams, rebuild trust, and rewire customer support systems from the inside out.

Now, through House of Shoto, I work with ambitious, emotionally intelligent women — executives, creators, and founders who want quiet support with powerful results.
